Film Submissions

AFRIFF welcomes films for consideration through its official FilmFreeway page. The festival celebrates work across features, documentaries, shorts, animation and student shorts, bringing filmmakers and audiences together in Lagos. FilmFreeway is the festival’s submission platform.

Before submitting, review the current rules on FilmFreeway. Films in languages other than English should include English subtitles, and entries should have a concise, complete press kit. The FilmFreeway listing also sets out eligibility requirements and the available award categories.
