African stories on the world's screens.
AFRIFF was founded by Chioma Ude in Lagos in 2010. Fifteen editions later, it has transformed in the biggest platform on the continent where African storytellers meets the international film business.

Why we exist
To put African filmmakers in front of audiences, buyers and each other, and to train the people who'll make the next generation of films.
Lagos
Africa's creative capital, and the festival's home since day one. Screenings run across Victoria Island and Lekki.
